Conventional treatments, including psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy, are commonly used to manage these disorders. Recently, yoga therapy has emerged as a complementary approach with potential benefits for mental health. This study aims to compare the effects of yoga therapy with conventional treatments on anxiety and depression, evaluating their efficacy, mechanisms and practical implications.
