Despite advances in pharmacological interventions, many patients with allergic asthma continue to experience symptoms and rely on long-term medication use. Immunotherapy, a therapeutic approach aimed at modifying the immune response to allergens, has emerged as a promising strategy to revolutionize allergic asthma treatment.
