Shabir Magami’s work explores a broad spectrum of themes, including life, death, loss, hope, joy, and the poignant reality of Kashmir. His participation in Mushairas, radio programs and an invitation to speak at the Young Poets’ Conferences organized by the Sahitya Akademi in Assam and Tripura highlight his growing influence in the literary community. His ghazals that have been composed and sung by the valley’s leading singers have found a cult following amongst young and elderly alike. Magami has not published any poetry collection yet but his poetry is published regularly both in original Kashmiri and English translation in the leading journals like Shiraza of cultural academy and English Studies in India.

A case study research design and purposive sampling were employed to select a family with health, psycho-social and economic problems in Halila kebele of Assela city. In collection of qualitative data; in-depth interview and direct observation were used. The case study findings indicated the single/ women head family have no permanent income to support themselves and suffered to the status of lacking what to feed. The mother / head of the family is infected with HIV/AIDS Virus, she also suffered from blood pressure and heart disease. The mother and one of her girl had a lot of history of trauma or victimization. It was also evident that the family does not have support networks within the family and other service giving agencies. The complicated health problem, absence of support from government, Non-government organizations working on humanitarian: - all together brought stresses to the family. To alleviate the identified health, economic, social and psychological problems of this family, a short term and long term strategies were recommended. Finally, the case report may have great contributions both for the individual, family, community which needs intervention and social worker that helps in working for the well-being of individuals, family and to a community.

This incorporation holds the potential to revolutionize the industry by enhancing efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction, while simultaneously preserving human innovation. The influence of AI is evident in its ability to streamline processes and optimize workflows, thereby reducing the time and effort necessary to complete projects. This leads to quicker turnaround times and lower costs, ultimately improving client satisfaction. Additionally, AI-driven personalization enables designers to create tailored solutions by analyzing user data and preferences, fostering a stronger connection between designers and clients. AI also promotes inclusivity and accessibility by offering solutions that cater to users with diverse abilities, such as AI-powered voice navigation tools for the visually impaired. However, concerns persist regarding the potential erosion of human creativity, with some fearing that AI could lead to homogenized and impersonal designs. To address these concerns, scholars advocate for "human-AI collaboration," wherein AI augments rather than replaces human creativity, thereby enabling designers to explore new creative possibilities. As AI adoption continues to expand, it is essential to ensure that ethical AI practices are upheld, emphasizing transparency, accountability, and the elimination of bias. By prioritizing these principles and embracing a collaborative approach, the design industry can fully harness AI's potential while maintaining the indispensable human element. This equilibrium will enable the industry to deliver innovative and high-quality designs that meet the needs of a diverse clientele.
